The Sealing of the Saints [Part 4]

According to what we have experienced so far, it all points to us taking on the nature of the King.
The name of Jacob's second son was Simeon. Which means "a hearkening"
There is a company of sons who is hearing and obeying the voice of God.
There is a company of sons who is able to hear the voice of God in the middle of this famine, in the middle of the chaos of all the other trumpets that's blowing messages of an uncertain sound, and there is still a remnant according to the election of grace. There is still a remnant that can hear and obey and who is not bowing to the image of Baal.
There is a company of sons who is quick and eager to hearken to the voice of the Father.
These sons are the ones who is causing the Father to say "this is my beloved son in whom I am well pleased"
The mark of a true son is one who is willing to lose his or her own ambitions and to take up the ambitions of the King becoming the King's cup bearer. Coming to a place where we can say " not my will but thine"

There is still a people whose heart is after the King and is still hearing the still small voice and will not join in the crowd or the pack of believers who is satisfied with the status quo. There is a company of sons whose righteous spirits is becoming vexed as in the days of Sodom and Gomorrah because of the gross sin and contentment with sin.
We cannot serve 2 masters, we will love the one and hate the other, and we will prefer the one that is favorable for the moment. The hearkening sons are not just a people who is hearing but a people who is allowing faith to arise by hearing and hearing the Word. Because they have attentive ears to the voice of God they are being changed.

There is a sound of a mighty river coming down; it’s being poured out on a people that are hungry and thirsty for him. The trumpet of God is sounding and we must give ear to the sound of this trumpet which is calling us to arm ourselves, God is getting is ready to stand against the wiles of the devil.

When the trumpet sounds which sends out a sound for the saints to gather themselves there should be a crowd but there be many who have loose ends to tie up so they say "let me burry my dead first" let me live it up for a few more days or years. But when death comes how will it find us? We have been called to God and we came and there are many of us stuck in the outer court. Some of us have moved on from the outer court unto the holy place and are stuck at Pentecost. But God is still speaking and there is a higher calling and we have need to press toward the holy of holies behind the veil. The King of Glory is sitting in the upper room waiting for us to get there. We get caught up with the events, activities and programs of the outer court and has become so attached to the titles, doctrines and money that we are afraid to lose our stature so we set our anchors down and refuses to move.

We have convinced ourselves that we have it all and know it all. We have become self sufficient and do not need God. when the trumpet blows and the message says that we need to journey from the outer court to the holy place which is Pentecost, the place where we get in filled with the Holy Ghost, the second heaven, 30 fold to 60 fold, measure to stature, the baptism of the Holy Ghost. We say we do not need it, we do not hear that. Well it’s very easy to become at ease in Zion. Maybe it’s because our conscience needs to wake up, maybe it has fallen asleep or even lukewarm. And to those of us who have moved on to Pentecost, God is blowing a trumpet which is saying to us "to him that have ears to hear what the spirit sayeth to the church, let him hear, let him hearken.
The message to those of us who have set our anchors down at Pentecost is to arm ourselves with the whole armor of God because we will need to fight against principalities and powers of the darkness. We have not yet arrived. I will address the King behind the veil waiting for us in another message. Obedience to God and his Word. God first. Seek him, trust him, hear him, he is just and able to take you places and even change your circumstances.
